I used LipSyncMX for the lip syncing. It takes the mouth positions and aligns them according to the voice wave pattern. I am still learning how to fine-tune it. Do you have a method you use for animating that you could recommend? Did you try sending an e-card? (http://www.kosherjoe.com)

i thought it was great but the second one was much better i mean also it was so short it was cool and all but like nothing happens its pretty funny i guess but i was just hopeing for more....

i thought the animation was terrible dont try to make them so real and i also thought it was kinda boring and bad for the fact there lips didnt even move and you had some akward motion tweens (try to work on thoughs)
